Overall a great idea. Agoracom is a business and they survive by being a IR firm for small companies plus display ads that appear. Overall this site is well policed but I also agree with your points. I did correspond yesterday regarding a desired direction to take this Hub yesterday without a response probably because of the long weekend in Canada.

The internet needs to man up and stop allowing anonymous posting but I suspect that would put a lot of legal types out of business.

Lots of your points are excellent but you are trying to get people to agree and from my experience both US and Canadian regulators are weak at doing their respective jobs. Won't happen for the foreseeable future or till companies get strong enough to get to a major exchange and can defend themselves.
