Incidentally if you own options you have a vested interest in share price appreciation .... that compensation is just as valuable as it is to those holding shares. Shame on those who would suggest Mr. Atkins not owning shares has no vested interest in the company and may not be aligned with shareholder interests when he has 1.5 mil options (of which only 260,000 are vested) at an excercise price of .44 and expiring in 2013.

The company employs a qualified president and din't recruit another investor when his services were engaged. Adams and Plaxton quite correctly had offered him an incentive package to align his interests with those of all shareholders.

Perhaps it is one shareholder whose interests are aligned only with his own well being.
