We reached out to 38 companies regarding a merger, narrowed it down to 3 serious suitors that met our criteria. We are awaiting an offer right now

If we DON'T get a sutible offer then we may switch hats {Plan B}

and acquisition of other Mexican gold projects (i.e. Castle Gold as the Acquirer)."

We are still on plan A
