Everyone is right, but for their own reasons. You are right because it got us recognized and on the map. This is about where we belong. Mouse is right for the fundamentals of Castle going forward. So, you are probably a trader and mouse is probably an investor.

Personally I am a long term investor who did his homework. With the price of gold going higher, with the increased production and with the reduction in production cost, this is about as good as it gets. Dont forget LaFortuna, that is going to be big. In twelve to fifteen months this is a $6-7 stock easy. I cannot find a better gold play and I looked at many. Seriously! There are good ones but not great like Castle. There is no credit given to the BOD for this.

IMO the board members are all self serving individuals recieving cash for the stock they own that we gave to them. I dont know if any of them paid for one share. Of course they like the all cash deal. It is a way for them to become rich or richer while us poor slob investors take all the risk. Having been a senior officer and director in a public company, there are only a few ways to unload your stock legitametly without affecting the price. What a windfall for these guys. They are doing everything they can to get you to tender. All IMO.

I am not tendering my stock and I recommend to all investors that they do not tender until a majority deal clincher is proven tendered.
