Revocation of Cease Trade Orders
Given the decision CNF-2010-0117, issued May 14, 2010, prohibiting the issuer, its
securityholders, all dealers and their representatives, and any other
person, any activity related to trading in the securities of the issuer;
Having regard to Articles 265, 267 and 318 of the Securities Act, RSQ, c. V-1.1 (the "Act");
Given the powers delegated in accordance with Article 24 of the Act AMF
Financial L.R.Q., c. A-33.2.
Consequently, the AMF:
revoke the CNF-2010-0117, issued May 14, 2010, addressed to Century
Mining Corporation, to its securityholders, all dealers and their
representatives, and any other person, affecting operations on the values of
the issuer because it has filed its annual financial statements, its report
Annual Management and annual certificates for the year ended December 31, 2009.
The revocation is pronounced May 19, 2010.
