At what point do those that are accumulating decide that the SP has been down long enough. In a very simplistic way I understand the reasons the SP is held down ( or so it seems ) but at some point those that have accumulated need to see the SP rise to actually begin to see a profit.

I guess I get it but then again I guess I don't if you know what I'm saying. The SP can't stay here forever can it ???

Any comments on the subject are more than welcome because maybe then it'll make some sense.
