I am not sure if a board member can trade/dispose of shares during a period of negotiations, but it sure looks suspect to me.

Mr Scola did something with his shares(see below) marked other while still on CMM's board of directors, while the proposed takeover was still being negoitiated, as well as knowing the issue of the cone crusher problems.
