Seems to be taking a long time to resolve what ever the halt related to. TSX/TSX-V still need to approve the merger right? I wonder if some fault has been found with CMM mgmt and/or board involvement in the process either recently or back as far as last Feburary. Might explain why WTG was not also halted. Just speculating here, I am likely more confused than most on this play at this point.
