I'm a little unclear about what you are talking about here. The way I look at this, exchangeable are shares of CMM that will be converted into WTG. Those who did not elect to recieve these shares would be those who disented and want fair value decided by a court or something like that. I'm a diseneter, in my view, because I voted " NO ' but did not file anything to ask for anything. So I would expect that I will recieve WTG shares eventualy without doing anything special through my broker.

In your second paragraph you state not many people elected for the exchangeable shares ( only about 6 million shares ). This makes my assumption from the paragraph above looking very wrong. I accept the fact I probably am. Could you explain your post a bit clearer to those here a bit confused like myself ( if there are any others?? ). Thanks.
