Has 28 years of experience in exploration and mining including 20 years with Asarco
Incorporated and its associated international subsidiaries located in Canada, Portugal, and
French Guyana. During his tenure with Asarco, Mr. Horvath held positions as Exploration
Manager, Vice-President Exploration and Ore Reserves Audit Team Leader. Mr. Horvath is
presently President of A. S. Horvath Engineering Inc., and a Director of Bear Lake Gold Ltd.
