Dear Investor, thank you for your inquiry,

Concerning the La Yegua property in Peru, the compay signed a Letter of intent with Bear Creek Mining Corp. regarding an option to acquire up to 75% interest in that property. This is the property that Chapleau has acquired from Bear Creek.
