Net, this arrangement should be less dilutive because a total of 2.5M shares are taken off the market and are non exercisable and only 700,000 new options are being granted.

In the previous release, only 1M new shares were created to help fund drilling projects at Coringa; so all in all, a net of 800,000 shares were taken off the market yet we selled off.

There's no reason to finish down 7 cents other than the market sucked.
