You can't quite look at it that way baseballfan since 800,000 shares are guarenteed to go on the market (Coringa drilling), and the 2.5 million shares is not guarenteed to be exercised. So all in all, there is a slight dilution here. That said, at the end of the day the float may very well decrease with the 2.5M off the market now.
