Vila - thanks for your message.

If I held all of my Cliffs shares into next year -would I have to declare a Capital Gain in 2010 because of the buy-out?? Or no Capital Gain until I sell the Cliffs shares??

Sorry if anyone thinks this is off topic but I am sure a lot of Cliffs (old FWR) shareholders have the same question...
