I am one of I think the smart ones who did not tender to NOT and allowed my shares to go to CLF. This week I have been selling some of my CLF only because I am extremely overweight in my portfolio. Several sells and all above the $1 FWR offer. I am happy with this and will sell my next CLF@60.00.

Thanks for your post Vila and I agree with your post except when you hammer the FWR BOD. I certainly am not happy with what happened either but believe NOT was more to blame in the low take out. Mac was not happy with NOT BOD ,but basically between a rock and a very hard rock with nothing in between-no other offers.

Mac was trying IMO as hard as he could to get value and NOT preempted him without some more important results. Again this is my humble opinion.
