Your major objection is the "offense" in the NRs made by Clifton Star in response to the MF proxy slate for BoD. You do not like the tone of the "ungrateful child". MF is due more because they funded the exploration at Duparquet. They MF should be on the Board you are correct.

I believe there are ways to have MF get seats on the BoD.

IMO They should have representation on the BoD. but it is not in my interest as a shareholder, to have anyone sweep control from a successful BoD, by proxy, with short notice at the AGM. This is not the only avenue open to MF but one they chose travel.

Tomorrow will decide, I hope for agreement and Clifton Star can move on to its potential. MF has done well with CFO, so have we all. With agreement we can all raise a toast together at our good fortune.
