FWIW, I would bet that MF is selling some shares in order to exercise some of their warrants that will expire this year. First ones that expire, this year, are in March. This should be good for Clifton as well, giving them more cash for their coffers, if in fact MF will be exercising warrants. Just my two cents worth.
