  • The Supreme Court heard Oral Argument on the case on January 12, 2009 and a final Supreme Court decision is expected by the end of June 2009.
  • Silver is climbing in relation to gold is this stock gonna pop?
  • Financing and credit rating should not be an issue with clarification of the tailings issue.
