COLOSSUS PROVIDES UPDATE REGARDING ENVIRONMENTAL LICENSE APPROVAL

Colossus Minerals Inc., subsequent to its Stockwatch press release issued on Feb. 26, 2010, has seen numerous publications stating that the vote by Conselho Estadual de Meio Ambiente (COEMA) to grant an environmental licence for Colossus's Serra Pelada project was passed by a margin of eight to two. While Colossus believes this information to be factual, confirmation will only be validated once an environmental permit is issued. It will provide an update as soon as more information is received.
