All,

In my last update to you, I detailed key accomplishments for 2010. In this update, I thought it would be useful to outline key objectives for the remainder of 2011 and 2012 as we work aggressively toward achieving our goal of phase 1 production in the fourth quarter of 2012.

2011/2012 Milestones include:	Target

• Complete Construction of a 6-building Accommodation Complex	2Q 2011
• Commence Underground Diamond Drilling Program	3Q 2011
• Complete Construction of First Phase Tailings Dam	4Q 2011
• Extract Initial 2,500 Tonne Bulk Sample from CMZ	1Q 2012
• Complete De-watering to 320 Metres	2Q 2012
• Complete Gravity Processing Plant Construction	3Q 2012
• Ramp-up to Phase 1 Production	4Q 2012
