Colossus Minerals Development Update - June 2011

All,

Following are a few recent photos of development progress at site. The recent arrival of a rockbolter at site together with the shotcrete machine last month means that we are now fully mechanized underground and expect to see an improved rate of advancement going forward.

2011 Milestones include:	Target

• Complete Construction of a 6-building Accommodation Complex	2Q 2011 - COMPLETE
• Commence Underground Diamond Drilling Program	3Q 2011
• Complete Construction of First Phase Tailings Dam	4Q 2011
