No, you are not wrong. Connacher will not admit it but, they have have left themselves in a position where the tolerance for error or setbacks is extremely limited. Unfortunately, Management is being less than candid and forthright about their risk exposure and tolerance. Unfortunately, many of the risks are totally beyond Connachers control!
