Gold Reach Resources to Acquire Abaddon's Interest in Seel Property

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Jun 5, 2008 (Marketwire via COMTEX News Network) --

Consolidated Abaddon Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:ABN)(FRANKFURT:E2L) announces that Gold Reach Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:GRH) will acquire Abaddon's 10% interest in the Seel property located 120 kilometres south of Houston, BC by issuing 1,000,000 Gold Reach Resources' shares to Consolidated Abaddon. This would bring Gold Reach's total interest in the Seel property to 100%. This transaction is subject to the acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
