Consolidated Spire Ventures Ltd. (“the Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company has arranged a non-brokered private placement of 3,500,000 units at $0.175 per unit, for the gross proceeds of $612,500. Each unit consists of one common share plus one share purchase warrant with each warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share of the Company at a price of $0.225 in the first year and $0.275 in the second year. A finder’s fee will be payable in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.

The proceeds of this private placement will be used to continue the exploration program at the Yago Property in Mexico, Prospect Valley Gold Property in BC and for general working capital.

The terms of the private placement are subject to approval by regulatory authorities.
