Stock Options Granted

Consolidated Spire Ventures (”the Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company has granted incentive stock options (“Options”) to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants to purchase up to an aggregate of 4,155,000 common shares, in the capital stock of the Company exercisable for a period of five years at a price of $0.10 cents per share. The closing price of the Company’s shares was $0.045. The granting of the stock options is subject to regulatory approval.
