Consolidated Spire Ventures Ltd.: First Phase of Drilling Successfully Completed on Prospect Valley Gold Prospect
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA-(May 12, 2010) - Consolidated Spire Ventures Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:CZS) has completed the first phase of drilling in the 2010 of the Prospect Valley gold property in Merritt, B.C. This first phase was diamond drilling, consisting of step-out and infill drilling, on the South Discovery zone. We anticipate that the assays from this first phase will be returned to the company shortly.
Drill holes have been oriented to strike the extension of known surface mineralization at depth. The South Discovery zone is part of a geochemical and geophysical anomaly extending nearly two kilometres in total strike length and up to 400 metres wide.

We are very optimistic about what the first phase of drilling will provide. When you consider that we are 100% carried on this prospect and that gold is at all time highs, clearly this is a very important period of growth for the company."
