IMHO, Teck wanted flexibility and not to have a stringent timetables and in exchange CUU got cash and liquidity. It's a win/win.

16 cents a share for 75% of a district isnt a win-win in my opinion. I also said in my first post that the 380 million was an earn in not a direct payment to us.
