though this has been discussed previously, as had many topics, i dont think we should discount the fact Teck will want an EA approved on SC before the next Federal Election (which is at least 2 years away).

And good for us, SC, is that the BC provincial govt is anxious to get this area developed - no one encourages a new transmission line for just one mine.
