The Project is also be subject to federal review under the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act and thus requires a federal approval before construction can commence."

Hi

It means even if Teck and the BC gov't have their act together, and even if the workers move back we're still, imo, two years plus from any possible construction start. Thats not negativity, its reality.

More reality - dealing with the Talthan, the EA also has to be approved by the Talthan. Teck needs to negotiate and sign a Benefit Impact Agreement (BIA) with them, the BC Gov't needs to negotiate and sign a Revenue Sharing Agreement (RSA) with them.

Whats most important to me is not the road or a camp, but about finishing and getting the EAC and getting First Nation and Fed approval. And of course getting the BIA and RSA deals done with the band.

What I'm hoping to hear from tomorrows JV meeting is the finishing of optimization studies run concurrently with the finishing of the Enviro Study.

Rick
