SC gold may have a new market?

It seems implausible that Apple would produce and sell that many gold watches. It is an interesting way to tap into the Chinese market though. Hit the status symbol and technology all at once. I loathe Apple the company, but if it tightens the gold market I'm all for it.

What I think might not be taken into account is that the watches might replace older-style gold watches that were being sold so the overall gold demand might not change as radically. Still.
