If the decision to proceed with development of QB2 is not to be expected before mid 2018, and with Don Lindsay saying Schaft Creek is not as far as advanced as QB2, that to me looks like a decision on Schaft Creek may not come until 2019 or later. Should't come as a surprise as we've known for a while that Don Lindsay considers QB2 the more advanced project. Even Youngmoney's Q&A email to Mr Lindsay in Febuary 2014 confirms this:

3)What is your overall opinion regarding the Schaft Creek project in B.C?

SC is a very promising resource but is not as far advanced as QB2 is at this point.
