Why would they choose an aerial shot that makes it look like the river is overflowing and the facilities are partially submerged? That's the impression I got. It is appropriate in the sense that almost all Copper Fox investors are underwater, I suppose.

I also think the ad should end with a big red rubber stamp that leaves "SOON" written across the screen.
