 It seems kind of funny that Elmer would put out a news release about picking rocks off the ground in Arizona but couldn't be bothered mentioning this....?

 

Lets seriously consider that maybe he was not aware. Perhaps Teck made it clear that they run the show or Elmers focus is on the other properties...
