Dennis W. Milburn
President and CEO, Directo
Dennis Milburn has more than 45 years of experience in the mineral exploration and mineral financing industries. He was co-founder of NIM Management Ltd., the general partner of a group of flow through partnerships that raised over $700 million for mineral exploration in Canada. Mr. Milburn received a BSc. degree in Honours Geology from the University of British Columbia and later received the designation of Chartered Accountant in British Columbia. Mr. Milburn has overall responsibility for all aspects of Cosigo's activities, including financing and exploration project management.
Dr. Joseph H. Montgomery
Executive Vice President, Director
Dr. Montgomery is a Professional Engineer and holds a Doctorate Degree in Geology from the University of British Columbia. He has consulted for government agencies in Canada and abroad, and for regulatory bodies and mining companies around the world. Mr. Montgomery is responsible for all aspects of Cosigo's exploration activities. He is also the President of Montgomery Consultants Ltd., a geological consulting firm.
Andres M. Rendle
Vice-President, South American Operations, Director
Andy Rendle has extensive experience in South America, having been raised in Colombia where he became fluent in Spanish and the dialects spoken by people in the mining industry. He has a BA in geography and political science from the University of Victoria and attended the Colorado School of Mines. Andy has a background in military liason work and corporate security in remote locations. He also has a strong level of experience in environmental issues with primary focus on reforestation issues. In addition, Mr. Rendle grew up involved in social community work while his family was posted in various locations around Latin America under the auspices of a nongovernmental organization with status under the United Nations. Mr. Rendle carries the operational responsibility for Cosigo's activities in Colombia and Brazil.
Christine K.M. Aney
Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary
Ms. Aney has a BCom. from the University of British Columbia, and became a Chartered Accountant in British Columbia in 1980. She worked for KPMG Chartered Accountants and became a senior manager before establishing her own firm in 1993. Ms. Aney provides income tax, accounting and audit services to a range of companies, both public and private, including professional firms, retail organizations, farming operations and natural resource companies.
Magnus Haglund
Exploration Manager
Mr. Haglund has extensive experience in the exploration industry having worked for both public and private exploration companies since the mid-1990's. This experience includes exploring for a range of commodities, including diamonds, gold and uranium. Mr. Haglund holds a MSc degree in Geology and Mineralogy from Abo Akademi University in Turku, Finland. He is also General Manager of Northspan Explorations Ltd., a contract drilling company based in Kelowna, British Columbia.
