Opening again at $1.00 on very low volume, today (Mar 19). Just a few days ago, CTA was under .70.

The eventuality of O & G regaining part of its price (Barrel over $50 again) a little sooner than expected could be the reason...

...and CTA should have financials out before month-end. Watch!
