The largest institutional holder by far of KRY is Tradewinds Gobal.

They are also by far the highest for GRZ. http://www.nasdaq.com/asp/Holdings.a...

GRZ now has 41% of its stock owned by institutions. The number for KRY is 25%, but you can find many of the same institutions on both lists.

I'm not sure if it means anything or not, but certainly if there was ever a move to combine the two Tradewinds Global would be a playerin the deal.
