I may be grasping for straws here but for what its worth i e-mailed the Canadian embassy in Caracas concerning KRY and got a responce within the hour. Here is the e-mail i received

Dear Mr.Goodwin

Thank you for your correspondence of May 5th,2008,in which you expressed concern about Crystallex,s investment in Venezuela. The Canadian Embassy in Caracas has been following very closely the recent developments affecting the mining sector in Venezuela and in keeping with our mandate,we continue to advocate and protect the commercial interests of Crystallex and of all Canadian mining firms operating in this market. While our Embassy maintains close and frequent contacts with Crystallex,it is not within our mandate to respond to individual enquiries from company stakeholders. We would recommend, therefore, that you contact Investors Relations Department at Crystallex.

Regards
