Maybe so, but he made broke a cardinal rule and responded in haste. Now if you get Chavez to see this and he might upset the apple cart.

Best to just say something like we would take an appropriate response. Chavez might want to stick it to them....and then us.



Up until that point, I thought his response was properly muted. His anger shows through.
