A while back Sanz was quotes as saying that the Hecla properties would be given to Rusoro. It was later stated that this wasn't necessarily what was going to happen. Perhaps this deal was in the works and Sanz jumped the gun a little. Rusoro will move these properties into a JV with CVG IMHO as the whole mining law comes about.

There is no way in the world that Sanz didn't know about the negotiations. I wish I could remember when I saw it but Sanz said the Hecla couldn't sell to Rusoro or anybody else without approval.
