Not necessarily. There will be a lot of training for these workers to absorb. This project isn't panning for gold in the Orinico River.

What better time to get a jump on that task than while they are waiting for the equipment to arrive in Ven. They will also have job classifiacations to be concerned with....who's qualified to do what, so to speak.

Personally, I don't think Fridays volume spike was large enough to mean anything for this weekend. This, combined with a lack of AH trading, doesn't get me too excited about an announcement for this weeks show . Be assured, this stock leaks info like a sieve and you can expect the volume to be much higher than a few million shares for at least a couple of days before anything happens.

I hope I'm wrong.....but I doubt it.
