I think it means he is done getting the permit and working out a JV/buyout. He is probably taking some time off to recharge his batteries before moving on to his next deal. Can you imagine the relief the whole Kry staff will have when this is over. I'm not sure if will be as big as our relief but it will be a big I TOLD YOU SO!
