Robert Fung has stepped down as chair and a director, effective immediately, citing personal reasons unrelated to the company. Tonbridge Power noted that Fung advised that he expects to be in a position to return soon once his circumstances resolve.

Thought about this over night and believe this is might be his signal that the permit and buyout is close. Very little news is coming out of Kry about what is happening with resolving the permit requirements. Fung can't legally tell anyone that everything is done but he can say "he expects to be in a position to return soon once his circumstances resolve."

If the personal reasons were unrelated to KRY, you would think he would have left Kry as well even though the stock would have fallen very badly on news.
