When we were at that price the market was pricing as if the permit was denied with no hope for anything beyond legal action. We have a PR stating that they have agreed to re-open the issue and also there has been pressure to expedite from the top. Nothing has changed.

The only "negative" is the idea of a change in the MOA due to that News story on 7/23 about the new mining laws. Even if something were to be changed it would be better than a denial, which is what this price is saying. That makes it an irrational market in my mind.

And things have a way of balancing out. I made another purchase today as well.
