Probably the most important statement Fung made was when he said that VZ indicated they wanted to find an amicable solution. It is now apparent to me that Kry is holding a stronger hand than I even thought.

If VZ wants to start LC asap they have to deal with KRY. I would guess Fung has had hypotheticale offers that aren't in the ball park with what we are worth. Everyone has the inpression that VZ is trying to run us out of money and that is the hold up. Perhaps it is the other way around. VZ wants this settled but doesn't want to give fair value and Fung is saying that we ill continue to follow the rules and file a claim if we have to to realise our fair value.

I would much rather sit by and wait for a fair deal than to sell out cheap. I really believe it will be a happy year for all of us this time around.
