Only 11 people responded to the thread in regards to a July resolution. 5 out of 11 said resolved in July so how 6 people or 55% of those polled equals "general consensus" is beyond me . Next time you should just post your opinion and not bother pretending that A) 11 people is enough to draw any valid conclusion of the "general consensus" B) You are even taking a tally of what other peoples opinions are.
