BTW, I believe you meant to say "they would not have a leg to stand on". That's how I read it...

They only problem I have with all this is that's it based on 'hope.' In all my investment readings, debates on the merits of technical vs. fundamental analysis, "hope" is not a strategy that I can find advanced anywhere as a viable investment tactic.
