I agree with you. I've felt that a deal/solution has been reached but can't be announced yet. It could be a matter finalizing the details or even waiting till GRZ files for arbitration at the end of October beginning of November. I also believe the bondholders know what is happening which explains the lack of news on the court case. It also makes sense with the share price looked in the .25 range.
