Someone correct me if I am wrong here. It says this was taken by Mibam and given to CVG Minerven. From what I have always understood GRZ solely dealt with Mibam and never the CVG. KRY's concessions are all owned by the CVG. What is VZ doing here? Does Mibam not want their concession anymore? According to this now the CVG has possession of LC and Brisas whereas before just LC of the two.

Your not wrong. Doug was always touting that they dealt directly with Mibam and felt it was better than dealing with CVG. This is probably one of the reasons that Doug kept saying VZ wanted to combine LB and LC into one project and Kry has said nobody has approached them about combining the projects. Now that CVG has both LB and LC they are should be considered joined by the same owner

CVG has said they made an offer to do a JV with Grz but it was rejected. I have no idea if this is true or not but what is clear is that Mibam wanted LB to come under CVG control and whatever deal that was offered Grz was rejected.

So much for Doug feeling like their concession was better than our contract with the owner of LC.

Another thing that is important to remember is how there have been numerous media reports of the demise of CVG which caused much debate here and by our "friend" STU on stockhouse. Mibam giving LB to CVG doesn't seem to back up the speculation that CVG was closing shop.

I really like what is happening right now. I said quite a while ago that it wouldn't surprise me to find out that Kry and VZ had reached an agreement long ago but needed Grz out of the way first. I'm looking forward to the 3 quarter PR.
