I completely agree and that is a source of my frustration. Why haven't they done so? To me it seems a hands down to finance KRY through arbitration. If this has not happened then why? If it has and KRY has not disclosed it I feel this is a blatant disregard for retail shareholders. I am convinced Fung cares about his big shareholders and the BOD but I am skeptical that he cares about retail shareholders.

To you maybe, but you don't run the company and your not privy to any of the inner workings............so what you think is irrelevant in the scheme of things and probably just plain wrong.
Do you think Fung wants to finance anything with the horrendous dilution at this 25 cent share price when he could have already come to a deal that will raise the shareprice dramatically. He could have already made the arrangements for financing and is just waiting for the release of information that will raise our price first. The problem here is were all second guessing Fung and that's just foolish when you don't have the information available to back it up. Do you reall think Fung is stupid and that he built a wealth of millions of dollars by being a dullard......come on, let's be realistic and use a bit of common sense and logic.
Moreover, why do you continually talk about what GRZ does, I for one don't care. If you want to promote GRZ there are better places.
I believe you have a large investment in KRY and that you are very concerned about what the future holds for it. Do you really think you are helping your cause with your outlook on this situation. Why wouldn't you choose the positive side to err on when you don't have enough information to back up either negative or positive. Remember you are a KRY shareholder and you made that choice, nobody else. Other than frustration and fear, your stance makes absolutely no sense. Is that how you make your decisions, with erratic emotions instead of facts. Not good my man.................................
Relax Ian, you can't change the future no matter how much you harp about who should have done what. I think we're going to emerge from this very well off, not as good as we once would have but still very pleased. I have a 50% chance of being wrong and disapointed, so be it and I'll deal with that if it comes. That's a far better outlook than the dark cave of failure you're mired in. Cheer up man and think positive, you never know, Fung could just be what he's cracked up to be....................brilliant. If not. I've made him a lovely monogramed dunce cap we'll force him to wear.
