Like I said!!!

Either way.............. we win.

Seeing as the majority of arbitators have to be from different countries than the origin of the participants. I say the U.S. G.B.and Australia. How does that sound..................

No Bear it looks to me like we'd probably do better with an arbitration award if it is done on the basis of really recouping Lost Profits as if the contract had been completed. The actual mining of the project could and probably will have many pitfalls.

Which approach do you see as most favourable.................THX
